Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally* using Standard FedEx International service.
*Due to the Covid-19 pandemic some countries have suspended their courier services. Please confirm with your local courier service that international packages will be accepted and cleared by your Customs Department.
Do you deliver to a P.O. Box?
For security reasons, Yofi Decor will not process any order that is requested to be delivered to a general delivery address or P.O. Box.
How much is the shipping?
We offer FREE* worldwide delivery using standard FedEx international service.
*Please note: International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or charges imposed by the country of delivery. These fees are not included in the total cost of your order and you will be required to pay them to receive your package.
Will I be charged duties or import fees?
Items shipped outside of Poland may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or charges* imposed by the country of delivery. These fees are not included in the total cost of your order and you will be required to pay them to receive your package. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country.
Any additional charges for customs clearance is the responsibility of the recipient specified on the delivery address. If a customer refuses the import duties, taxes and/or charges on their package, Yofi Decor is not liable for the package and it will be disposed of by the courier service. Refunds will not be provided for any refused shipment.

How can I track my order?
We will email you a shipment notification along with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
What courier service do you use?
For all international orders outside Poland we use standard FedEx international service.
How long will delivery take?
Once your order is placed, it generally takes us 2-5 business days to process and pack, unless otherwise specified on the product details page.
Shipping generally takes 3-6 business days*. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
* Please be mindful that you may experience unusually shipping delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and standard shipping times may not apply.
